Using Mono 1.9.1 on Windows.

Attached project file (propgrid_testcase) works fine on MS.NET.

Properties can be shown and manipulated.

On Mono a white area where the properties should be is shown instead and the
description is blank also.

mono --debug propgrid_testcase.exe does not give any warnings or errors at all.
