To my understanding of the methodology of how to treat this issue in logical
statements:

- Is this mono bug? If yes, fix it. -> It wasn't.
- Is there reason that surpass MS compatibility? If yes, do not fix it. ->
There is: W3C specification violation (now verified by MS)
