I cannot reproduce this with both Save and Open FileDialogs on svn head nor on
mono 2.0 branch. Clicking on "Cancel" in a filedialog never fires the FireOk.

What Mono version are you testing with? What OS are you testing on? What is
your test case? Which FileDialog? Consider filling those in next time you file
a bug report.
