Description of Problem:
Mono dies after runnint the nUnit test (NOTE: Survives if run from the command
line)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Unzip the attached code
2. Changed to the MonoBug04082008\bin\Debug directory (compiled EXE included)
3. Run the exe via nUnit (not included) i.e. mono nunit-console.exe
MonoBug04082008.exe


Actual Results:
Pauses and dies on exit

Expected Results:
No Pause and does not die.


How often does this happen? 
Always.

Additional Information:
This must be run on Windows as it pinvokes kernel32.dll and uses the Kernel
Timers.
NOTE: This works fine without nUnit (test run directly).
