patch to emit Loaded event on a canvas before it's child

The attached patch(*) fix the "undefined" canvas issue (as seen by Geoff),
however we seem to be back to the original issue that Miguel described.

this.spotlight has no properties
[Break on this error] this.spotlight.children.add(this.currentSpotlight);

(*) need testing, if it's ok then it's likely fixing a regression
