Yep, our Loaded event is emitted like Silverlight.

A smaller test case is available from the "Run this sample." link inside the
Loaded event documentation on MSDN
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb979758.aspx

Clicking on it shows an alert *before* rendering the current date/time.
The same on FF/Win display the datetime before the alert.
