Fixed in r102110.

The original problem was that cairo_in_* functions we use for hit testing don't
take the clipping into account. I implemented a different version that does the
hit-test in two steps including clipping if needed. 

I also added your last test-case as a test-shape-cursor-clipping.xaml test.
