Some WinForms apps fail with a "Segmentation fault", printing the following
message first:

** (/tmp/PropGridFormControls.exe:15720): WARNING **: Thread (nil) may have
been prematurely finalized
]]

Occurs on Linux, at SVN head.  It does not occur on 1.9.  I haven't tried
1.9.1.  It does not occur on Windows.

Compile and run the attached program to see the fault.


Same as bug 384176 - "SIGSEGV while executing mod_mono_server2.exe", so
actually a runtime problem?
