Steps to reproduce:
 - http://silverlight.net/samples/1.0/Silverlight-Pad/default.html
 - click on the media file in the left panel

Expected results:
 - video should be playing while randomly spinning

Actual results:
 - video plays, but pauses all the time while playing.

How often does this happen? Always
