Steps to reproduce:
 - http://www.thedatafarm.com/silverlight/journalsample/
 - click on the lasso in the tool bar
 - click and drag (select some text)

Expected results:
 - the light blue box that shows the selected area should start when the mouse
was clicked.


Actual results:
 - the light blue box starts about an inch away from the mouse, but follows the
mouse movements properly
