Gert, as far as I can tell, Mono behavior is consistent with that of .NET 1.1
and 2.0SP1 - all 1.1 tests succeed and all the 2.0 tests fail with a 404 (your
test case contains a buglet - you must not use Path.DirectorySeparatorChar to
separate URLs, it will create invalid URLs on Windows where the character will
be \). 
Either I'm misunderstanding the bug here, or it no longer exists.
