This is not exactly related to drag and drop, but but a recent change that
makes fire a mouse move event immediately after mouse down, but with different
location (like, MouseDown, X=0,Y=0, then MouseMove X=3,Y=6).

I'm gonna fill a bug against that, and I'm not take a look again at this bug
after that one is fixed.
