Description of Problem:
The toolbar is missing at the top of the reflector.exe v 5.1.0.0 on Linux with
mono-1.9.1p3

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start reflector.exe
2. Notice there it no toolbar at the top of the window as there is in Windows.

How often does this happen? 
Always
