Yeah, but then the file is immediately moved (and not postponed until the
FileStream is closed).

Strange enough, the File.Delete test fails on Mono/Windows, because File.Exists
returns false before the FileStream is actually closed.

I've also added a test for File.Move to the standalone test (in SVN).
