Thanks, yes, I'm already using the 'rm ..; mv ..." pattern whenever possible.
But ASP.NET is supposed to make a "shadow copy" of the file to allow the
"ignorant" way of swapping dlls.

Hmm, according to /usr/sbin/lsof, no shadow copy is made of libs.dll, the
runtime loads the dll directly from the bin directory of the webapp.
