mod-mono-server (and mod-mono-server2) gives an error if the --address and
--port arguments are used.

This is a 1.9 regression and it's still present on 1.9.1 preview

$ mod-mono-server --address 127.0.0.1 --port 8080
mod-mono-server2
Handling exception type FormatException
Message is Input string was not in a correct format.
IsTerminating is set to True
