I'm getting similar errors trying to access BlogStarterKit, ClubWebSite and
ClassifiedsStarterKit.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the Mono 1.9.0 VMware image from here:
      http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html
2. Upgrade the Mono 1.9.0 VMware image to Mono 1.9.1p2 from here:
      http://mono.ximian.com/monobuild/preview/download-preview/suse-103-i586/
3. Restart apache -or- reboot the vm
4. Try to access '/BlogStarterKit'
5. Notice the error as in below.
6. Try to access '/ClubWebSite'
7. Notice the error as in below.
8. Try to access '/ClassifiedsStarterKit'
9. Notice the error as in below.


Additional Information:
Server Error in '/ClassifiedsStarterKit' Application

Server Error in '/ClubWebSite' Application

Server Error in '/BlogStarterKit' Application
Could not load file or assembly 'Npgsql2, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,

find the file specified.

Description: HTTP 500. Error processing request.
