Repro

I've attached my current version of the general PropGrid repro app.

Otherwise you can use your current version; just initialise the FooImageInit
field to have an image (browse to disk), then the RawFormat sub-property will
be present.

I see it fixed in 1.9 Linux and Win32 BTW.
