Andy, 
   I'm trying to verify this fix, but none of the propgrid testcase repros that
I have have the property FooImageInit under System.Drawing. 

   They have FooImage and FooImageFormat though. Can you either attach the
testcase or point to a bug with a testcase that has FooImageInit?
