The issue is with the precompiled site - Mono does not fully support
precompiled ASP.NET applications at this time. The test case works fine when
xsp2 is used with the provided sources.
I'm leaving the bug open but reducing its severity to "minor", as there exists
a work around.
Support for site precompilation will be added to Mono at a later date.
