this seems to have been fixed at some point, I don't see the blue tint

Using the Daily Show/Colbert Report videos (from the second link), it's hard
for me to tell if the video-has-to-catch-up-to-video part is still there or
not... the main video is definitely in sync with the audio right from the
start, but the p-in-p Colbert Report video is harder to tell for sure.
