Running the attached testcase, i get output like this:

Connecting... 14ms
Connecting... 18ms
Connecting... 12ms
Connecting... 15ms
Connecting... 15ms
Connecting... 15ms
Connecting... 15ms
Connecting... 3006ms
Connecting... 2997ms
Connecting... 3002ms
Connecting... 3001ms
Connecting... 3001ms
Connecting... 3001ms
Connecting... 3001ms

Sometimes it takes a while for the 3000ms attempts to happen. I'm not sure if
this is related to the 150 second delay or not, but maybe it'll help.

The only way for me to reproduce the 150 second delays is to run MonoTorrent,
however it's not reproducible at will. I have to start/stop the torrents a few
times and hope. Generally, it can be reproduced within 10 minutes or so of
running MonoTorrent.

Is there any command i could run to give more info? Or any logging i could
enable which may help?
