You need to recompile your SimpleGraph.dll the problem is that SimpleGraph.dll
is linked to the 2.1 libraries but mopen uses the 2.0 libraries.

I am going to close this since there isn't really a way we could support
loading 2.1 libraries in mopen unless we restricted mopen to only 2.1, which is
definitely something we don't want to do.
