There isn't a way to implement only declaration without code behind, but with a
comment like "not implemented yet", like this when you are using a Microsoft
project solution under Linux there isn't this problem.
I write program for a few year and try mono for less of one year and this is
the first time with mono i had a look in the designer file, also when like me
you often switch between windows and Linux to work with the same project, it's
a little crazy, Microsoft uncomment alone the process part i commented.
