Application configuration file which passes OK with Microsoft .NET but fails
with Mono

In the application configuration file's system.diagnostic section, it should be
possible to specify an attribute named "traceOutputOptions" on the "add"
element for listeners and shared listeners. However, this option is not
recognized by Mono.

Note: This functionality is for .NET 2.0, which I realize is not complete in
Mono yet.
