I removed some extra-padding (not needed, computed for the wrong view) and we
have now a much better approach to the original .Net layout. I think we can't
reduce more the padding since on Linux it is the *exact* one.

This means: in Windows we still have some more padding than .Net, but the
precise one in Linux. If we reduce it to completely match .Net, in Linux the
text appears a little clipped. This is obviously caused by the text
calculations differences between libgdiplus and gdiplus+.
