Nice to know you got this working :)

libgdiplus isn't inside mono-core but there should be a dependency between
mono-core and libgdiplus, but it might not be a *hard* dependency since mono is
usable, for many if not most people, without SD.

I don't know much about RPM, even less for FC8 RPM, but if you have question
about this you should direct them to mono-list mailing list.
