That is strange. I double-checked that your code indeed works fine on my
machine. The fix is at r88247. Are you sure you run xsp2 that resolves
assemblies for trunk version of mcs?  For example if you use packaged version
of xsp2 you are likely packaged version of System.Xml.dll.
