Hello, 

sorry for the delay ... apparently the problem still exists ... if you try to
load the file above, under ms.net everything is fine, mono however throws the
exception below. 

I don't think the error should go anywhere else, as XmlLoad was called without
any indication of the file having to pass a schema validation test.
