I didn't notice it earlier but the stack trace is strange. Normally the "stream
alive" error occurs at Draw time (like this looks like) but not when loading
the stream itself (which is what happens down the stack).

I tried the sample on MWF on top of MS SD and I get the same exception. This
means that:

* our SD/libgdiplus can handle something that MS versions can't (and that could
be a bug too);

* MWF must be fixed to work under Windows (and then we'll see if the fixed
version works on Linux or not)
