Yeah, I didn't distinguish between multiline or not because it is a purely
internal number and we will run out of memory long before the user is able to
hit either limit.  The bug was simply that when maxlength = 0, the user can't
type anything into the TextBox, when they should be able to basically type
until they run out of memory.  :)
