The bigest problem is not a read/write latin1 charact; but if you made a new
winform, put a textbox on it, and then run the exe under linux with mono, i
can't write in the textbox a accentued charactair, when i give focus to the
textbox at run time and press the "é" key on my keybord, nothing is write in
the textbox, you can use the first textcase at "Description:" on top of this.
