Yes, and I'm trying to reproduce the crash locally without success so far.

I fixed the finalizer in System.Timers.Timer so that it wouldn't try to
reference the Thread object after it had been finalized in the same collection,
but it may be possible that the Thread has been collected prematurely in some
other way.
