A patch for SubtreeXmlReader.Close()

I don't know if Mono.Xml.SubtreeXmlReader is used in another context in which
the current behavior is desired, but this is how it should behave in its role
in System.Xml.XmlReader. Let me know if an empty statement is a problem
stylistically.
