This is not a bug in DateTime.FromOADate. That doesn't mean the bug cannot be
located elsewhere in Mono, but it may also be a bug in a third party product
(Borland Delphi?).

d must be a value between negative 657435.0 through positive 2958466.0.

Feel free to reopen this bug report if you have more information (eg. a
standalone repro).
