SL on WindowsXP stops at "Downloading: assets/SilverlightBackgroundLight.jpg"
in just the same way we do, altho in the lower-left corner of IE there's an
error icon that if you double click, you get a dialog full of errors such as:

(get that about 3 or 4 times and then:)
