I have just tested it on mono 1.2.6 preview 2 and I still see the bug.
There must be something I don't get properly. (BTW I have always updated
versions on my Macintosh without uninstalling the previous one. Can this cause
troubles ?). I will reopen the bug if I still see it on the final version.
