I've already been beaten by this, in 1.2.5 WebServiceParser.GetCompiledType
used inputFile as-is while .net mapped the path as relative to the app root.
This behavior was corrected in r56878. Looks like some code path is still
sending an absolute path and feeding it into GetCompiledType.
