Looks like NotifyIcon balloon tips causes NRE

Run winforms/notifyicon/swf-balloon.exe and click [ShowBalloon] button.

Sorry, no further stack trace; I'm filing this bug from windows, found on
OpenSUSE though.

It was working fine on 1.2.5.
