First, you shouldn't use the static libs unless you know what you're doing.
Second, as you list also libncurses which is definitely not a mono library,
this likely means you have an issue on your system (what operating system are
you using?).
ospeed is defined in termcap.h so it'sprovided by libncurses.
Maybe you have an incompatile ncurses library installed? lease provide the
version info and your operating system details.
