I've seen the attributes too.

Most Gendarme rules do not match FxCop rules (except for the most simple ones)
but a runner plugin could have a near-match database to produce (almost) the
same results.

Actually this goes well with the discussion I had with JB in Boston. Next part
planned for Madrid :) 

In the mean time I copy-paste this into Gendarme Google Group. Thanks!
