DefaultButtonID.patch - proposed patch

This patch make sure that the ClientID of the DefaultButton is rendered into
"onkeypress". Fixes DefauktButton used with MasterPages.

May I commit?

Give me an okay for the previous patch as well, and you get two patches for the
price of one.
