   No, I didn't test with 1.2.5 - but it doesn't really matter, since the issue
is non-existent in svn trunk, and thus in 1.2.6 to come. It wouldn't be fixed
in 1.2.5 anyway since it's not a security issue, so let's just wait for 1.2.6
:)

   Mono not ignoring the superfluous < is actually a parser bug, but let's not
file a separate bug report for that - I know that the parser needs to be
rewritten, but the time frame for it is sometime after 2.0 release (can't tell
you when exactly). All the current parser bugs have workarounds, so the rewrite
can wait.
