As I understand the problem it is as follows 
You are trying to contact the Active Directory server and binding to it after
binding to it you are listing the property types and you are using the
System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Properties[] for the purpose .

I need to clarify this because we do not maintain the code for
System.DirectoryServices . And to me it looks like the bug is not in C# sdk it
is in Mono.
