+Description of Problem:
+OpenFileDialog.FilterIndex always equal 1, whatever i selected in Files of
+type combobox's dropdown list, this problem runs on both Redhat linux and
+WinXP Sp2, whatmore, the OpenFileDialog seems very unstable on WinXP sp2,
+raise exception or disappear directly
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Show OpenFileDialog
+2. Select item 2 from the Files of type combobox's dropdown list
+3. Select any file
+4. Click Open
+5. check OpenFileDialog,FilterIndex
+
+Actual Results:
+always be 1
+
+Expected Results:
+should be 2
+
+How often does this happen?
