+Mono 1.2.4 have some support for .compiled ASP.NET 2 pages but the
+aspnet_compiler tool
+(http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms229863(vs.80).aspx) is still
+missing. Including a Mono version of this tool (using
+System.Web.Compilation) would be great!
