+When running a small app that uses NotifyIcon to use the tray icon, the
+tooltip is shown different on Win32 using Microsoft .Net that in Linux
+under mono.
+
+Attached you see win32.png that shows how the app looks in win32 and
+linux.png that shows how it looks.

+Also, notice that the size of the tooltip box is not properly calculated.
