+The height of a toolbar without button text does not match that of MS.
+
+On my Windows box, the height of the toolbar on Mono is 42 while on MS 
+it's only 28.
+
+To reproduce:
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions.
