+Description of Problem:

+Some XML files under tools/locale-builder/supp/ are not included in the
+tarball.  The gernated C file is included so there's no problem to build
+mono without them, but it might confuse people who need to hack the locale
+data.
+
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. "make dist" and check which XML files are in the tarball.
+
+Actual Results:
+some XML files are missing.
+
+Expected Results:
+All the XML files which are required to generate C file.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
