+Description of Problem:

+Set DropDownList.AppendDataBoundItems to True in a DetailsView
+InsertItemTemplate and Bound it to and ObjectDataSource adds all bounded
+items twice to the Dropdownlist.
+
+Same code in a Panel for example works well.
